I am currently the Information Technology Security and Support Services for Outreach Information Services which is the IT department for Outreach and International Affairs at Virginia Tech. When I have free time, I also research methods to improve online web-based applications, commonly referred to as Web 2.0 or Software as a Service (SaaS) using open, standardized, and multi-platform web development languages such as PHP.
